Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026. These terms apply to the DTB Kids after-school program and website, operated by Dare To Believe International ("DTB", "we", "us"). By enrolling a child or using this website, you agree to them.

1. The program

DTB Kids is a Christ-centered virtual after-school program for children ages 5–10, delivered through live online sessions with replays. It complements — and is not a substitute for — formal schooling, and it is an educational program, not a childcare, medical, or mental-health service.

2. Enrolment, fees and refunds

• Enrolment is by a parent or guardian aged 18+, who confirms they have authority to enrol the child.
• Fees: a one-time registration of ₦10,000 and ₦25,000 per term (or the equivalent shown at checkout in your local currency). Fees may be updated for future terms with notice.
• The registration fee is non-refundable. If you cancel before your child's first class of a term, the term fee is refundable in full; after classes begin, refunds are at our discretion — but talk to us, we're humans and we're fair.
• Access to classes is linked to an active, paid enrolment.

3. Parents' part

• Provide accurate information at enrolment and onboarding, and keep it updated.
• Ensure your child joins sessions in a safe environment with any supervision appropriate for their age.
• Keep class links within your family — they are for enrolled children only.
• Treat coaches, children and other families with respect. We may pause or end enrolment (with a refund of unused term fees) where behaviour puts children or the community at risk.

4. Our part

• Deliver the program with trained, vetted coaches under our safeguarding commitments, which form part of these terms.
• Provide replays when a session is missed, and give notice of timetable changes.
• Occasional session changes or technical interruptions can happen; where a session can't be delivered, we'll provide a replacement or replay.

5. Content and materials

All DTB Kids materials — lessons, videos, songs (including the DTB theme song), artwork and resources — belong to Dare To Believe International. They're for your family's personal, non-commercial use and may not be republished or resold. Work your child creates belongs to your family; where you've consented, we may celebrate it (nickname only) in our community.

6. The legal bits, plainly

• We provide the program with care and skill, but to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid for the current term. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and notify enrolled families of significant changes.
